This was done as an homage to issue 1 of The Punisher limited series from 1985ish by Mike Zeck and Phil Zimmerman. This was one of my favorite comics as a kid. I remember tracing this cover when I was first learning to draw. My old copy still has the scars form this abuse.

I made some changes.
